- Telephone Appointment - Please call.
- Service Advisor Confirms Appointment - generates a repair order, includes estimate, answers any questions, and addresses any concerns.
- Repair Order Copy Faxed to Customer - Retain this copy. Sign and submit morning of vehicle pick-up.
- Vehicle Pick up - Submit signed repair order to our uniformed driver. Or leave repair order and keys in an envelope at a predetermined location.
- Service / Repairs Performed - as agreed to on repair order. With customer approval, a vehicle safety inspection will be performed to determined any other problem areas requiring additional service or repair. A Service Advisor will notify the customer, explaining the service or repairs. A revised estimate will be submitted to the customer for their approval and asked whether they would like the job completed at this time.
- Work Completed:
- Vehicle Returned - Customer picks up keys and receipt at predetermined location.
- Use PURCS with Confidence - The moment your vehicle is picked up until the moment it is returned, liability is not an issue. Your vehicle and our drivers are completely covered.
Plese note: Calls received later in the day may delay service depending on the severity of repairs or service time restraints.
(a) Service Advisor contacts customer with invoice total.
(b) Completely explains all work performed.
(c) Completes credit card or check information.
